We Have Moved Premises!


Warburton and Freeman have now moved from 806 Hyde Road to 106-108 Reddish Lane, Gorton, Manchester, M18 7JL.

Our new office is bright, clean and organised and we intend to keep it that way. That is why all of our client's documents must be picked up once accounts have been finalised.

Due to the lack of storage space at our new office we can no longer hold your books. 

It is required that source documents are to be kept for 8 years. If you do not want to store your documents then we can make arrangement for them to be stored externally however charges will be applied.


If you are an Employer then this may apply to you! As of the 1st October 2016 the National Minimum Wage will be increasing. If Warburton and Freeman take care of your Pay Roll department this will automatically have been applied. If not you need to apply the new rates to your pay roll.

The deadline for us to send in your Tax Returns is 31st January 2017. If you haven't started to collect your documents together ready for us you need to do so now. 

December and January are a very busy period for all accountants, with Christmas and New Year bank holidays this time of year it leaves us less time to complete accounts. That is why the sooner you bring your books the better. 

Don't forget that once we have completed your accounts they are sent back to you to be signed and need to be brought back to the office before we can finalise them. This can add a week on to waiting times which you need to take into account if you are planning on bringing your books in the new year.
